Introduction
LNS Series liquid nitrogen plant from Scala Filtration use advanced mixed refrigerants (MR) cryocooler combined with Joule-thompson (JT) refrigeration systems. It has high liquefaction efficiency and improved reliability because standard refrigerant components are used.
The whole system includes compressed air & nitrogen generator skid, MR-JT nitrogen liquefier and LN2 tank. Controlled by PLC system, liquid nitrogen can be produced at a touch of button within one hour. Liquid nitrogen is storaged at self-pressurized tank, you can dispense liquid as easy as from tap of water.

Scala's liquid nitrogen plant is your reliable and efficient on-site plug and produce cryogenic solution. With a small footprint, low power consumption and no need for cooling water or water chiller makes the LN one of the best solutions available on the market. With integrated cooling fans can operate with air cooling up to +30℃ ambient temperatures.
For higher ambient temperatures up to +45℃, we recommend water cooled system. Simply connect the power and nitrogen gas (skid N2 generator available as an option) and press start for the machine to automatically produce liquid nitrogen when needed. An intelligent level sensor system means you can select the liquid level stop and start using the touch screen controller so you always have enough LN2. making it the most efficient and intelligent MR-JT based technology generator available.
